"Let's Do It on Drums" a book for beginning drummers by Barbara Bird, founder of the group "Mama Ritmo" and teacher in Tucson Arizona since 1983. This home published book contains multi-part drum notations in easy to read block style for nine rhythms including three original drum songs, as well as interesting narratives on each rhythm and motivational and inspiring writings. Also included are the Mama Ritmo Drummer's Affirmation and Chant to Yebalema (Goddess of women drummers). $12 plus $2 shipping and that old trip to the postal store.
